About Christian Schon

Christian Schon is a salary partner at TIGGES and brings extensive expertise in commercial and corporate law, as well as M&A, serving both national and international clientele. His guidance extends to venture capital and startups, and he is member of the panel of experts at the German Business Angels Association (BAND). Furthermore, he was involved in the working group “syndication” of the German Standard Setting Institute (GESSI). GESSI is a joint project of the German Business Angels Association (BAND) as well as the German Startups Association (Startup-Verband) to develop balanced standard contract templates between investors and startups. Additionally, he is a lecturer in commercial and corporate law at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
