About Anna Cumzelius

Anna Cumzelius is a partner at Harvest Advokatbyrå, and one of its founders. Anna’s work is mainly within the area of regulatory issues, especially in the field of asset management, securities, payment services, AML/CFT as well as data protection. Anna has been active within the field since 2010 and frequently represents financial institutions on various legal and compliance matters and in their contacts with the SFSA. Anna has participated in several projects implementing new legislations, such as MiFID 2, AIFMD, PSD 2 and AMLD 4. Anna’s experience also includes M&A and she has assisted in several Swedish and international corporate transactions. Anna also frequently advises in matters of data protection (GDPR).
