Gediminas Dominas is a recognised leading arbitrator and arbitration counsel in Lithuania. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, and a member of the panel of arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. His experience includes domestic, international and investment arbitrations (VCCA, ICC, SCC, UNCITRAL, ICSID). In addition, Gediminas has a 20-year transactional background, and has been involved in many high-profile M&A transactions (banks, refineries, shipping companies, etc).
