About Eric Hiser

Eric Hiser is a partner with Hiser Joy and practices in environmental, natural resources and administrative law. He regularly represents clients, ranging from government agencies to Fortune 100 corporations, for permitting, compliance counselling and planning, environmental auditing and assessment, permit appeals and enforcement defence. He has participated in over 200 PSD and Title V permitting actions; developed state implementation plans for criteria pollutants and regional haze litigation; developed NPDES and storm water permit applications under the CWA; assisted in RCRA corrective action clean-ups and resolutions, RCRA recycling determinations at complex facilities, and aided in permittee defence matters.
