Fernando J. Rovira-Rullán
is a capital member of Ferraiuoli LLC, chair of its practice management committee and a long-standing member of its executive committee. His practice areas include M&A, private equity, corporate governance and fiduciary duties, emerging and start-up companies, and commercial lending and corporate finance. He is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and teaches Corporations and an advanced M&A course at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
