About Muhammad Haider Zaidi

Muhammad Haider Zaidi obtained his LLB from University of London in 2015 and was awarded a Master of Laws in international commercial law at Cardiff University in 2017. Muhammad has the right to audience in the Higher Courts of Pakistan and has extensive experience in handling corporate, transactional and advisory work, which includes complex corporate structuring, M&A, joint ventures, corporate compliance, real estate acquisition and development, and labour and employment law matters. Muhammad routinely advises both local and foreign entities on regulatory compliance requirements under various laws. He has extensive experience in providing strategic advice to businesses on structuring transactions and drafting/vetting transactional documents.
