About Nobuto Shirane

Nobuto Shirane is a partner at Anderson Mōri & Tomotsune. He represents clients in transactions driven by intellectual property rights and technology, including technology licences, joint ventures, strategic alliances and joint development agreements. He also has significant experience with intellectual property litigations and proceedings before courts, the patent office and customs offices. He graduated with an LLM degree from Columbia Law School and was admitted to practise law in Japan (2010) and in New York (2018).
