About Nadia Axioti

Nadia Axioti focuses on corporate, commercial, M&A and banking law. She is engaged in a broad range of multinational M&A, share and asset deals, restructurings and other corporate transactions. Nadia also advises corporate clients and businesses on corporate and commercial matters with regard to their day-to-day operation. Nadia has experience in project finance transactional work. She has also acted for domestic and international private sector clients, credit institutions and credit servicing firms on banking and finance transactions. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2016 and joined Zepos & Yannopoulos in 2021. Nadia is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
