Pieter Puelinckx has been a partner since 2002 in the real estate and energy and infrastructure practices at Linklaters. Pieter has built up significant experience in real estate law, construction law and financial law (including asset finance and project finance) and has emerged as a major player in Belgium for real estate, construction and significant infrastructure and industrial projects including PPP projects and joint ventures. His real estate practice includes the structuring of real estate projects (offices, hotels, residential, retail and industrial), sale-and-leaseback transactions and joint ventures. He handles both asset real estate and corporate/M&A real estate transactions. Pieter’s infrastructure practice covers industrial, social and infrastructure projects and asset finance transactions.
