About Rafael Biondi Sanchez

Rafael Biondi Sanchez has more than a decade of experience in M&A, corporate law and capital markets. Rafael has assisted a number of local and foreign companies in M&A transactions and advises companies and funds in connection with securities regulation. Before joining Mello Torres, he was a partner at Loria and Kalansky Advogados, officer at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Law (IBRADEMP) and assistant professor of contract law at the Law School of Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
