Rebecca Spigelman
is a partner in the disputes and investigations group at Gilbert + Tobin. Rebecca’s arbitration practice has involved representing clients across a range of industries in both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations seated in common law jurisdictions, in particular the USA, Canada and Australia. Rebecca is qualified to practise in New York, Canada and Australia and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She has a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary University of London.
