Lei Fu is a trade mark attorney at CCPIT. She started IP-related work in 2003. Her trade mark expertise includes giving legal advice on handling trade mark infringement and unfair competition acts, customs’ recording of IP rights and related legal issues, domain name registration and disputes, and other trade mark-related matters. Currently, Lei Fu focuses on trade mark infringement, copyright infringement and unfair competition litigations.
