About Luis Cunha

Luis Cunha is a partner at ASAR with over two decades of top-tier legal experience on three different continents. He has distinguished himself as an integral part of the firm’s growth and success since joining in 2009. Luis regularly acts for international and domestic clients in relation to mergers, acquisitions and corporate legal matters cutting across varied sectors including pharmaceuticals, construction, defence, telecommunications, e-commerce, manufacturing, and oil and gas. He has been involved in a number of firsts, including the establishment of a company with majority foreign ownership under a hybrid system involving the Kuwait Foreign Direct Investment Law. Luis is admitted as an Attorney in the High Court of South Africa and as a Solicitor of England and Wales.
