Matthew Poli
is a partner in Kennedys’ transactions and advisory team, and he heads the London office’s M&A offering. Matthew frequently works on various types of corporate matters, including general M&A, fundraising, corporate governance and solvent reorganisations. He represents boards, shareholders and large companies. In addition to these projects, Matthew has a keen interest in joint ventures, acting for joint venture companies and participants in a range of sectors on formations and advice in respect of disputes.
