About Xiang Mao

Xiang Mao is a partner at Merits & Tree Law Offices who specialises in real estate and infrastructure, M&A, rail transit and above-ground property development, urban renewal and operation of commercial property. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, he worked at King & Wood Mallesons and Shenzhen Metro Group for many years. During his career, he has successfully handled a number of real estate investment and urban renewal projects on behalf of a wide range of clients, including foreign companies, state-owned enterprise, listed companies and private companies. He is a member of the Real Estate Law Professional Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association and a member of the Urban Renewal Group of the Real Estate Professional Committee.
