About CHAN Jia Hui

CHAN Jia Hui is a partner in WongPartnership’s Antitrust & Competition, Corporate Regulatory & Licensing and Financial Services Regulatory practices. On the competition front, he advises on all of the substantive prohibitions under the Competition Act, including anti-competitive agreements and arrangements, abuse of dominance and merger control issues. In particular, he advises clients in respect of investigations conducted by the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS), leniency applications and merger notifications filed with the CCCS. He regularly oversees multi-jurisdictional reviews of merger control, foreign investment and other regulatory issues arising from cross-border transactions, as well as the relevant filing and review processes.
