About Constanza Contreras

Constanza Contreras is the partner in charge of the labour and employment and immigration practice areas of SCR Abogados. She has advised major companies in employment litigation, administrative requests and complaints and provided counselling on individual and collective employment matters, service agreements and social security legislation, as well as in labour reviews, due diligence processes and collective bargaining matters. Additionally, Constanza has been registered in the National Registry of Employment Arbitrators since November 2017 and is a member of the Mediation Experts Register of the Labour Bureau as of February 2022.
