About Cosmin Vasile

Cosmin Vasile is managing partner at Zamfirescu Racoți Vasile & Partners and head of the arbitration practice group, serving as counsel in a wide range of national and international disputes. His practice focuses on high-exposure construction disputes and on commercial contract disputes relating to energy and privatisation. He is appointed to the ICSID, CIETAC and CICA arbitrator panels and is co-chair of the Insolvency and International Arbitration Working Group of the International Bar Association and of the European Task Force at the Institute for Transnational Arbitration. He is also a member of several arbitration institutions.
