Caleb L. Marker is a managing partner in Zimmerman Reed LLP’s employment practice, and focuses on representing misclassified workers in complex litigation, including class actions and mass arbitration. Caleb tried the first merits arbitration in the USA, establishing that a gig worker was an employee rather than an independent contractor, and has developed Zimmerman Reed into a leader in gig-economy litigation and mass arbitration. An innovative advocate with a technology background, Caleb protects workers’ rights in arbitration and courtrooms.
