About Callum Burnett

Callum Burnett is a senior associate in the Russell McVeagh tax team. He returned to Russell McVeagh after four years in New York where he gained a Master of Laws (specialising in international tax law) at New York University and practised US tax at international law firms. Callum advises on transactional tax matters (including finance, M&A and private equity transactions) and tax disputes and litigation. He was formerly a clerk at the New Zealand High Court, and is a committee member of the International Fiscal Association – Young IFA branch in New Zealand.
