About Camilo Saldías

Camilo Saldías is an associate at ICMS and focuses his practice on corporate law, international business and litigation. He also has experience in personal data protection, blockchain-based projects, tax advice, anti-dumping proceedings, commercial litigation and arbitration, and M&A of real estate companies. He attended Universidad de Chile and also earned post-graduate degrees from the University of Tartu, Estonia, the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg. Camilo is a member of the Chilean Association of Private International Law and a former member of the Infrastructure Financing Committee – Council for Public Infrastructure.
