Carine Dupeyron
co-heads the international arbitration practice at Darrois with Professor Aynès. Before joining the firm, she practised in Singapore, New York and Paris. With a dual business and legal background, Carine acts as counsel in disputes involving post-acquisition and shareholder matters or overseas projects, conducted under the rules of leading arbitral institutions. She appears before French courts in enforcement and annulment actions. Her sector expertise spans defence, telecoms, waste management, energy and pharmaceuticals. Carine sits as arbitrator in proceedings conducted in French, English and Spanish. She is President of Paris Place d’Arbitrage, teaches at Sciences-Po Paris and publishes regularly on arbitration.
