About Carolina Tejada
Carolina Tejada
is a senior associate in the immigration department at Morgan & Morgan. She has extensive experience advising local and multinational companies on immigration processes in connection with the establishment of their headquarters in Panama. Her experience includes preparing residence permits and work permits, as well as interacting regularly with Panamanian immigration authorities. She obtained an LLB and a LLM in Procedural Law from the University of Panama and an LLM in Private Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Carolina is a member of the Panama Bar Association and currently chairs its Immigration Commission (2021–2026).
