About Caroline Clemetson

Caroline Clemetson is a partner in the banking and finance group of Schellenberg Wittmer in Zurich and Geneva. She specialises particularly in financial services and financial regulation, asset management, collective investment schemes and other investment products, the distribution of financial products, derivatives, trade finance and pension funds, as well as fintech, insurance and insurance brokerage regulation. Caroline also has extensive experience in corporate and transactional matters, as well as in-house experience, coming directly from FINMA prior to joining Schellenberg Wittmer. She is a member of the firm's management committee.
