He joined Galicia in 2013 as an associate in the environmental practice. With over 22 years of experience, he is a specialist in the development of infrastructure, renewable energies, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing industries, and tourism projects. Carlos focuses on the drafting, enacting, and enforcement of environmental policy and regulation, and on the environmental aspects of M&A and financing projects. He is a member of Galicia’s sustainability committee, and is recognised as “Up and Coming” in environmental practice in Chambers Latin America 2023.
