Carlos Linares-Garcia leads Baker McKenzie's Mexico tax and global transfer pricing practices. With expertise in transfer pricing, financial valuation, and international taxation, he advises clients across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, consumer products, energy, and technology. Mr Linares-Garcia brings over 25 years’ experience in tax compliance, planning, and dispute resolution for multinational companies. He holds a PhD in Economics from Rice University and a law degree from Universidad Tecmilenio. He is a member of IFA, IMEF and ANEFAC Monterrey and serves on the board of directors for the Association of Rice Alumni.
