About Carlos Saldaña

Carlos Saldaña is a partner at ZADAL. He has extensive experience in financial and tax advisory, with a strong focus on M&A, corporate restructurings, and real estate transactions. He regularly advises on the tax structuring of international investments in Spain and assists high net worth individuals with complex tax matters. Prior to joining ZADAL, he worked in the tax departments of Écija, Roca Junyent, and PwC. He holds a law degree and a Diploma in Business Studies from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-1), and a Master’s in Taxation from IE. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
