Carlos Tapia Benavente is a founding partner of Steck Tapia Collantes Abogados (STC Abogados), with over 14 years of experience in construction law, arbitration, public procurement, obras por impuestos, public-private partnerships, and civil, administrative and real estate law. He has advised on construction projects on site, focusing on dispute prevention and resolution. Carlos has specialised training in FIDIC and NEC contracts, public project management and BIM. A published author and speaker, he is a member of the Peruvian Society of Construction Law and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation.
