Carlos Olvera F.
is a partner at the Mexico City office. He has more than 20 years of professional experience focusing on commercial arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, money laundering prevention, restructuring, workouts and insolvency, and insurance. Carlos has represented several national and international companies in the real estate, automobile, health, insurance and retail industries, as well as managing boards and senior executives in delicate matters, corporate crises, litigations, and other disputes pertaining to civil and commercial cases. He is member of the Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa, Colegio de Abogados and is widely published, recently authoring a chapter on dispute resolution in Mexico. Carlos earned his law degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in Mexico City and Diploma in Top Management Program from IPADE Mexico.
