Carlos Linares Garcia
is a tax partner in Mexico and the head of Baker McKenzie’s North America and Latin America Transfer Pricing practices. He is recognised in the fields of transfer pricing, valuation and international taxation. Dr Linares received his PhD in Economics from Rice University. He has also obtained a Diploma in International Taxation from Harvard University. Dr Linares specialises in transfer pricing design, implementation and controversy, with a focus on the manufacturing, oil and gas, consumer goods and hi-tech sectors.
