About Carla S. Loubriel Carrión

Carla S. Loubriel Carrión is a partner at Casellas Alcover & Burgos practising complex commercial and civil litigation with principal experience in health law, distribution and franchise law, and insurance. She appears at trial and on appeal before the Puerto Rico and federal courts, in administrative proceedings and in arbitration. She clerked for US District Judge Gustavo A. Gelpí and First Circuit Judge Juan R. Torruella. A past president of the Federal Bar Association's Puerto Rico chapter, she has served on two federal Merit Selection Panels for US Magistrate Judges and on the First Circuit's Rules Advisory Committee.
