About Carmel Green

Carmel Green is a partner in RPC’s Hong Kong and Singapore offices, and leads the Asia insurance team. She specialises in insurance-related disputes and advisory work, with expertise in advising (re)insurers on policy coverage issues arising under the full range of financial lines insurance products. She is also highly experienced in monitoring complex and high-profile claims, defending high-value, large-scale disputes on behalf of professional insureds, and acting on behalf of re/insurers in contentious coverage disputes that proceed to litigation or arbitration. With over 15 years’ experience in Asia, Carmel regularly advises on policy wording, covering various lines of insurance business.
