About Cassandra Cuellar

Cassandra Cuellar is a counsel in the technology group of Shearman & Sterling’s M&A practice. She is based in the firm’s Austin office. Cassandra represents emerging companies, entrepreneurs and venture capital investors in a broad range of corporate transactions, primarily in the context of venture capital financings, public and private offerings, M&A and corporate governance. She counsels companies throughout their life cycle on matters ranging from pre-incorporation planning, company formations, fundraising strategies, private financings, IPOs, follow-on offerings, as well as M&A and general corporate compliance matters. Cassandra is a member of the firm’s fintech foundry programme.
