About Cecilia Rojas

Cecilia Rojas has over 20 years of experience in banking and finance practice, representing both creditors and debtors. She also has experience in M&As, corporate and commercial law. Cecilia developed her private practice at one of the most renowned law firms in Mexico. Before joining Áurea Partners, Cecilia served as general counsel of Altán Redes. Cecilia has founded diversity and inclusion committees in the institutions where she has worked, and actively participates in mentorship programmes focused on the development of women. Cecilia holds a Law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and an LLM from Columbia Law School in New York.
