About Chung-Teh Lee

Chung-Teh Lee is a co-founder of Lee, Tsai & Partners, where he supervises the firm’s biotech and pharmaceutical practice. He specialises in dispute resolutions, cross-border transactions and M&A projects. He is a former judge and previously served as the founding Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Taiwan Foundation for Rare Disorder. Dr Lee has been actively involved in the development of laws and regulations related to rare diseases in Taiwan. He has also acted as a legal representative of a well-known US pharmaceutical company in civil lawsuits in relation to HIV-infected haemophiliacs.
