About Charlene Baldacchino Gauci

Charlene Baldacchino Gauci is a senior associate at Mifsud & Mifsud Advocates, specialising in employment law and maritime law. She provides legal counsel to both employers and employees regarding their employment law rights and obligations. Charlene has represented several clients before the Industrial Tribunal and the Superior Courts of Malta in cases involving termination of employment, redundancy, unfair and constructive dismissal, health and safety, and sexual harassment at the workplace. Beyond litigation, she negotiates numerous complex out-of-court settlements, provides essential training to employees and management in employment law matters, and assists companies with the drafting and implementation of company policies and procedures. Charlene was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2018.
