About Charles Omage

Charles Omage has more than 20 years of experience advising sponsors, institutional investors, lenders and financial institutions on complex real estate and equity financing transactions. A former in-house general counsel and experienced private practice attorney, he focuses on capital formation, equity investments, joint ventures, debt financings and related real estate transactions. Charles regularly advises clients on structuring, negotiating and executing sophisticated transactions and represents both capital providers and sponsors across a range of real estate investments. He is a member of Maynard Nexsen’s private markets and real estate practice groups and serves as managing shareholder of the firm’s Dallas office.
