About Charlotte Gerrish

Charlotte Gerrish is founder of Gerrish Legal. She is a Franco-British lawyer qualified in France, England and Wales, and Ireland, and registered with the Swedish Bar Association as an EU lawyer. Based in Paris and Stockholm, she advises international clients on privacy, data and AI regulation, including GDPR, the AI Act and the Data Act. Her practice combines regulatory expertise with strategic technology contracting (including SaaS, data and AI-related arrangements), supporting structuring and integration of compliant products and operations. She regularly advises on cross-border commercial frameworks and supports non-EU companies expanding into Europe, aligning their data, AI and commercial models with EU requirements.
