Charlotte Levin is a partner and has extensive experience in M&A and capital markets transactions (takeovers, IPOs, equity and bond offerings/restructurings) as well as general corporate advice, corporate governance and international equity-related incentive programmes. Her wealth of experience includes advising Tele2 on its merger with Com Hem; Ambea on its acquisition of Aleris Care; William Hill on its takeover bid for Mr Green; Ambea, Bravida, Pandox, Bufab and Gränges on their respective IPOs on Nasdaq Stockholm; SEB on an Additional Tier 1 Capital issue; AMF, the First National Pension Fund and Folksam on an investment in Volvo Cars; Tele2 on its rights issue; the Swedish State on its sale of shares in SAS; Mylan on its USD9.9 billion takeover bid for Meda; and the Second Swedish National Pension Fund and the Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund, and their portfolio company Norrporten, on the exit process regarding the sale of Norrporten. She has an LLM degree from Stockholm University.
