About Cheung Kuan Swan (Catherine)

Cheung Kuan Swan (Catherine) is DBS Group’s head of the wealth planning solutions hub, and provides advice, training and transactional support on a wide spectrum of legal, regulatory and tax issues for bespoke structuring, product guides and trustee manuals. Prior to crossing into wealth management, Catherine was a practising lawyer for six years in Singapore and Hong Kong. She has over 20 years of experience with key roles in trust, wealth planning advisory, legal, compliance and fiduciary functions. A triple-qualified lawyer of Singapore, Hong Kong and the UK, Catherine is also a Barrister (Middle Temple Inns of Courts), a qualified Trust & Estate Practitioner and holds an LLM in Commercial & Corporate Law.
