Chioma has about eight years’ experience advising clients in various sectors including multinationals, private equity firms, financial institutions and international organisations. She is a member of the Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Reorganisations Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association’s Section on Business Law. She is also a member of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee of the International Bar Association.
