About Chris Davis

Chris Davis co-chairs Gray Reed’s Blockchain & Digital Assets practice. He also leads its Government Investigations & Compliance practice group, representing businesses and individuals in high-stakes investigations, criminal matters and civil enforcement actions involving federal and state agencies. His experience includes securities fraud, insider trading, healthcare fraud, FCPA violations, False Claims Act matters and pay-to-play schemes. He also advises clients in complex commercial disputes. Chris represents clients nationally and internationally across healthcare, energy, financial services, fintech, real estate, technology and retail. Before Gray Reed, Chris’s diverse experience included stints with the SEC, a major international law firm, and a Big Four accounting and consulting firm. Chris is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed continuously in Texas since 2000.
