About Christel Feaste

Christel Feaste is a deputy managing partner at Higgs & Johnson, leading the financial services, securities, investment funds, and fintech practice groups. With over 25 years’ experience, Christel is highly regarded for her expertise in financing transactions, securities (locally and in international capital markets), securitisations, and investment fund structuring, and has a keen interest in emerging digital assets and related fintech. She serves as chairman of the Fiscal Responsibility Council and on the board of companies, including Cable Bahamas Limited (publicly listed) and a licensed trust company. A member of philanthropic organisations, including the Nassau (Bahamas) Chapter of Links Incorporated, she has also served on The Bahamas Financial Services Board and The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers Confederation.
