About Christina Malz

Christina Malz is a counsel at the firm and advises on all aspects of European and German antitrust law. Her focus is the representation of national and international clients in cartel cases and merger control proceedings before the EU Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office. Recent cases include the representation of a client before the ECJ, which issued a landmark judgment on the burden of proof in cartel damage claims, as well as the prominent German cartel cases on rail tracks, beer, sausages and pesticides. Christina's practice also encompasses the organisation of antitrust audits and the implementation of compliance programmes.
