About Christina Rahbek

Christina Rahbek is a partner in Gorrissen Federspiel’s Corporate/M&A and Compliance & Sustainability teams. She advises Danish and international clients on international trade, with a strong commercial focus and broad corporate, M&A and contractual experience. Christina’s extensive experience with commercial contracts includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of sale and purchase agreements, standard terms and conditions, and framework agreements as well as contracts relating to large-scale CAPEX projects, including EPC contracts – often cross-border. Christina has considerable experience with the FIDIC, Orgalime and NL standards. Christina also advises on export controls, sanctions, anti-corruption and ESG governance, reporting and compliance.
