Christine Sijuwade is a partner in UUBO’s corporate advisory, M&A and private equity teams. Prior to rejoining the firm, Christine was the group general counsel and chief operating officer at Tangerine Africa, a financial services group with businesses in the pensions and life, general and health insurance sectors. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Legal Business Unit of BusinessDay and the Council of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law. She is also registered as a sponsored individual with the Nigerian Securities & Exchange Commission.
