She joined Walder Wyss in 2019 and is an attorney in the information technology, data protection and intellectual property team. She has held a clerkship in the Higher Regional Court district of Berlin with a secondment to the German embassy in Tokyo, Japan, and has been a research assistant at Humboldt University, Berlin, and leading German law firms. She attended Humboldt University, Berlin (First State Examination, 2012), the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas (Master I, 2012), King’s College London (LLM, 2013), and Augsburg University (Dr iur 2021). Dr Schweikard is fluent in German, English, and French, and has contributed to several industry publications.
