About Christian Moak

Christian Moak is an associate in Hawley Troxell’s business, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions practice groups. Prior to joining Hawley Troxell in 2025, Christian ran a successful solo practice, providing outside general counsel services to local start-ups, entrepreneurs and small businesses. In addition to his transactional experience, he also brings considerable litigation experience to the firm, having managed a substantial case load in his two years with a County Prosecutor’s office. Whan not serving clients and the legal community, Christian has been serving the USA as a Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) in the Idaho Air National Guard since May 2020.
