About Christian Eichenberger

Christian Eichenberger is a partner in the real estate team of Walder Wyss and focuses on real estate development, real estate transactions and real estate dispute resolution. He studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law. He received a doctorate from the University of Berne (summa cum laude, Prof. Walther Hug Prize) and earned a MAS UZH Real Estate degree. He clerked at the Zug Administrative Court and worked as an attorney at law and civil law notary public with two law firms in Zug and Zurich. Christian regularly publishes and lectures in his fields of expertise. He is admitted as a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) as well as a Certified Specialist Construction and Real Estate Law of the Swiss Bar Association.
