About Christian Johansen

Christian Johansen has 25 years’ experience as a construction lawyer, which includes the drafting of international commercial contracts and acting as counsel in construction disputes, including international arbitration. Christian’s work covers domestic and international construction contracts in the areas of infrastructure, energy, offshore and construction insurance, and he regularly acts in litigation, mediation and arbitration. He became a partner at Bruun & Hjejle in 2012, managing partner in 2023, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London. Christian is presently one of only two lawyers in Denmark ranked in Chambers Band 1 within construction. He is also a published author.
